This is probably the rub Tyler would pick if he had to choose only one to take to a desert island. It is amazing rubbed on a pork roast or ribs that are oven-roasted. Some people are skeptical about a dry rub on ribs, but try it and you’ll become a convert
- Liberally coat a pork roast, let sit for at least one hour before roasting
- Toss cubes of beef with rub, skewer with chunks of onion and red bell pepper, and grill
