Meyer lemon trees can be found all over Northern California and if one is not fortunate enough to have a tree in their yard, this rub is the next best thing. Fish and citrus are ideal partners, but don’t limit your usage, chicken and vegetables love the citrus too.
- Rub onto halibut or sea bass filets, seal in parchment packets and oven roast
- Toss asparagus with olive oil and rub, and grill
