Scrambled Eggs with Herbs & Goat CheeseI think you will agree that these are probably the best scrambled eggs you’ve ever had. I don’t save this recipe for the weekend; it makes a quick, easy breakfast any day of the week. Ingredients:
Melt the butter in a large, heavy sauté pan over medium-high heat. Combine the eggs, Napa Valley Meritage Herb Rub, water, and half-and-half in a large bowl and mix well. Pour the egg mixture into the sauté pan, stirring frequently. When the eggs are just starting to set, add the goat cheese and stir a couple of times to mix. Cook just until the eggs are set. Serve immediately with toasted sourdough bread, fresh fruit, and some mimosas for a festive brunch. Serves 2–3 |
