Breakfast Turkey SausageI love breakfast sausage, but I know it’s not very good for me. So I came up with this easy recipe. Boy, it sure tastes like Jimmy Dean’s without the fat! Ingredients:
Form the ground turkey into small, sausage-sized patties, about 1/2-inch thick. Liberally sprinkle both sides of the patties with the Beef & Burger Herb Rub. Cook patties in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat, for approximately 4 minutes per side, or until they are no longer pink inside. Serve immediately with Moroccan French Toast (page 92). Serves 4–6 |
