Rubbed & Roasted Party Nuts

Rubbed & Roasted Party Nuts These are delicious and will make your house smell great! I like them served warm just like they do in first class on an airplane. They are healthy too! Try using different rubs for different flavored nuts.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 tablespoons Beef & Burger Herb Rub (or any of our rubs)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (preferably kosher or sea salt)
  • 3 cups roasted almonds or nuts of choice
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy and whisk in the Beef & Burger Herb Rub and salt. Add the nuts and stir to coat well. Spray a large baking sheet with olive oil and spread the nuts on the sheet in a single layer. Bake 10-12 minutes. If adding sugar, sprinkle over nuts before baking.

Serve warm or at room temperature. (The nuts can be stored in the freezer and brought to room temp or microwaved for 30 seconds before serving.)
