Oven-Roasted Herbed Salmon SteaksThis dry rub is a combination of herbs and spices—all you have to do is pour some into a ziplock bag, add your protein, zip, and shake until coated. Or pour rub onto a plate and roll the fish around before cooking. Ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 500ºF. Oil a large baking sheet with a little vegetable oil. Sprinkle the cut side of the salmon fillets with the Beef & Burger Herb Rub. Place the salmon skin side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven, remove skin and serve immediately. Serves 4 |
