Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain. In a large bowl, whisk together the Shanghai Marinade, peanut butter and hot water. Add the cooked noodles, snap peas, and green onions. Toss, coating the noodles evenly with the Dressing. Garnish with the cilantro and peanuts and serve at room temperature or cold. Serves 4 |
