Grilled Bread with Tomatoes & Shaved Manchego
Try this as a quick and delicious appetizer.
Prepare the grill. Place bread on grill, turn when you get some nice grill marks, then grill the other side. Transfer bread to a platter and drizzle with Garden Herb Dipping Oil.
Pass the platter around with a plate of the tomatoes, a crock of sea salt, and a bowl of cheese. Ask each guest to rub the cut side of the tomato vigorously over the bread, (set tomato aside or enjoy with the bread) sprinkle with salt and cheese and enjoy.
Serves 4 as an appetizer or starter course
