In a medium bowl, combine the fennel, pears, cranberries, and Gorgonzola. In a separate bowl whisk together the oil and Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar with Pear. Pour over the fennel mixture, add salt and pepper to taste, and toss gently to combine. Serves 4 |
