New! Surrounded by vineyards here in the Napa Valley, it made sense for us to use grapeseed oil in our Vineyard Pantry flavored oils. It's made by cold-pressing grapeseeds after they've been used to make wine. Not only can it withstand a higher heat than olive oil but it is a milder tasting oil and ideal for flavor infusions such as our Garden Lemon Oil.
