It's harvest time in the Napa Valley and the air is filled with the smell of fermenting grapes--it's not for everyone, but it gets us excited knowing that it is time to celelbrate harvest! Whether you are a backyard gardener or a patio tomato gardener, celebrate your harvest with this festive menu. You can showcase some of your own harvest or that found in the Farmer's Market in this easy to prepare feast. Oh, and raise a glass of the fermented juice which by now will have a lovely fragrance.
