We think it is a winner but you be the judge. The subtle flavors of apricot combined with Rosemary are just delightful. This one you want to apply in the last five minutes of roasting or grilling with you heat turned down. Please do not marinate with this, as all the natural sugar from the apricots will cause this to burn. Perfect on chicken, turkey, Cornish game hens, pork and lamb, halibut or sea bass. Also great brushed on corn on the cob or grilled asparagus.
