Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
FedEx provides our standard shipping service. We ship your in-stock purchases from our kitchens here in the Napa Valley within three business days of receipt of order. Your items should arrive at their destination within 5-7 business days from date of shipment. Orders shipped via FedEx can be tracked online using the tracking code provided in your order confirmation statement.
If you're in an extra hurry to receive your items, orders placed for in-stock items before 12 P.M. (PST) Monday through Friday may be shipped via FedEx overnight service upon your request. FedEx shipping rates are determined automatically online by the weight of your order and your Ship To location. Please call Customer Care to arrange for special shipping arrangements (707) 603.3236. Oversized or heavy orders may require extra charges. Please contact Customer Care for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or outside of the United States*. In order to better serve you, please provide us with a daytime and evening telephone number in case we need to clarify your order.
*Orders that are sent out of the US must be paid for with a credit card associated with an address in the US or a cashiers check that includes the price of the products ordered plus the freight. The freight will need to be calculated through FedEx for the best rate.
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from the Made In Napa Valley product line. Therefore, every item we sell is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, we will be happy to replace your item or provide you with a credit for the purchase of any of the products in the Made In Napa Valley product line. If you wish to make a return, please send an email to: customercare@madeinnapavalley.com . Please be sure to include your name, email address, order number, product lot number, the reason for your return, and if you would like the item replaced or prefer credit for the purchase of other items.
