About Our Products
After about six years of making private label oil and vinegar products for local wineries, we here at Tulocay & Company set out to create a food line that better reflected who we really are. In doing this we had three goals we wanted to meet.
- To design a product line that was all about quality flavor combinations as a way to share the aspects of Napa Valley we find so inspiring and beautiful.
- To create all-natural, shelf-stable products that taste and look homemade.
- To offer delicious pantry products that would allow people to enjoy gourmet every day.
In just one year our dreams came true and Made In Napa Valley came to fruition. We believe our products truly represent the quality and lifestyle of Napa Valley. That’s why we use only the best ingredients and manufacture our products in small batches, which enables us to create products that taste homemade and are rich in flavor. When we make a batch of one of our savory sauces, we start just like you do at home. We sauté the vegetables, add fresh ingredients like whole tomatoes and garden herbs, then we simmer and carefully pack each jar to ensure fabulous flavor and freshness.
